Klipsun Vineyards ~
Beginning with the 2005 vintage, we began sourcing from several small blocks of older fruit at this heralded vineyard. The Klipsun Vineyard, owned/managed by Patricia and David Gelles, is located in the famed Red Mountain AVA in Benton County, Washington. The vineyard and more specifically our blocks have produced prodigious wines of great complexity, depth and structure with tremendous aging potential. Klipsun vineyard wines have been among the top scoring wines in Washington's young history!
Klipsun is Chinook Indian jargon for sunset.
